Andrea came in for her free month that we offer the all women. After the month was up she loved it so much that she joined Checkmat Canada and even got one of the custom Checkmat Gi’s.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the ultimate art for women’s self defense,weight loss and confidence building.
