Busy weekend with promotions and competition. Congratulations to Noha,Yona,Elle,Liv and Ryan for receiving 1 stripe on their white belts. Our only adult competitor who pretty much does every event possible earned a silver medal in which was a really tough battle from what I heard. The kids Did really well with all 4 competitors wining a medal and coached by Kwesi.

With Ontario Open May 3rd and 4th just around the corner this is the time to mention if you want to compete. There will be an intense training camp for this event as I view it as the best event in Ontario.
