Welcome back Cecilia from her year away in Sweden. While see was away for school I also hooked her up with Checkmat Lund so she could continue her training. This week I surprised her with her first stripe as I put it on her belt while we were rolling. It took her about 10 minutes to notice it and for it to sink it….Congrats on the first step towards the blue belt. Christiann went on a road trip himself and was out lone competitor in grappling industries Montreal. After receiving his blue belt last week he still made it on the podium with a bronze in the gi.
