Besides getting in shape you will also be learning how to defend yourself against attackers. I’ve specialized in teaching women self defense for 17 years with Safe Int Canada’s number one self defense company. After doing over 30 000 simulated attacks with  high school girls I have seen first hand how little the aveage person know’s about fighting on the ground.

Nervous about what to expect at your first class???

Your first lesson will be a one on one intro to the art done myself and after your ready you can jump into class.

Truth: It’s Safe !! Your teacher will match you according to size and strength. Once you develop the Confidence you will want to test your new Jiu Jitsu skills on heavier opponents.
