Congratulations the small team that we sent. Steve Shipinkas showed how effective Jiu Jitsu can be. We worked a new leg lock the week before and was able to get 2 submissions with that leg lock. Even more impressive Steve hit the leg lock in a quick 5 seconds and captured Gold that day. Christiann Mcclean fought hard to earn Bronze in Gi but unfortunately he hurt his knee along the way.

Next Event everyone is talking about is Sept 7…..Get Ready
