14 Jun 2016 Kids Festival Charity Tournament
Greenwood Jiu Jitsu supported the Kids Festival for the 2nd year in a row. The event was ran very well and for a great cause raising awareness for Autism. I’m very proud how everyone fought today and left everything on the mats. Last year we came 10th place with only 8 competitors and this year with 22 we came in 2nd overall. Thanks to Christiann McClean for helping coach when I couldn’t be in 2 places at once. Also shout out to Steven Shipinkas for helping ref at this event.
Thanks to all the parents that brought their kids out and cheered and watched like nervous wrecks lol…..its moments like this that make the 7 days a week, no holidays work week all worth it to a coach.
